Data and purposes
When you submit the form, we collect your name, email, optional company, selected topic, message, language, submission time and consent record. We use these to assess and answer your enquiry, coordinate follow-up and record it in our CRM. Name, email and message are required to use the form. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential technical information. Hosting also processes connection information, including IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
Legal bases
Form processing is based on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@int-energia.com; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not use this consent for marketing. Where you request steps towards a contract to which you are a party, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, Article 6(1)(f). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and temporary enquiry storage. Brevo provides CRM and transactional email delivery; our email provider handles the resulting correspondence. Authorised personnel and contracted specialists may access information where necessary for your enquiry. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of safeguards applicable to your data. We do not sell enquiry data.
Retention
Technical enquiry copies are automatically deleted after 30 days, including failed submissions, during the next scheduled cleanup. This does not delete CRM records or email correspondence. Our retention policy for enquiries that do not lead to a contract is deletion from CRM and mailboxes five months after the last contact; this requires a separate operational review. Contractual records and data needed to comply with legal obligations or establish or defend claims may be kept for the applicable period.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without charge using the contact above. We normally respond within one month; a permitted extension will be explained within that month. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity. There is no automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
Complaints
You may complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, NAIH, at www.naih.hu, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, Hungary, or to the competent authority in your EU country.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads when the page opens in advanced Consent Mode. Before your choice and after rejection, analytics and advertising storage are denied; Google can still receive cookieless measurement and consent signals, including connection information. This is not an absence of data transfer. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are allowed only after consent, with a configured lifetime of 180 days without automatic renewal. Cookie settings in the footer lets you withdraw cookie consent; this removes analytics cookies and returns to cookieless measurement, rather than stopping all Google requests. Your choice and date are stored in localStorage under int-energia-analytics-consent-v2 for 180 days. Fonts and images are served locally. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing may take place outside the EEA. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Cookie-based analytics relies on consent; consent mode alone does not establish a legal basis for cookieless processing.
