Int-Energia Kft was established in 1995, and develops and promotes Waste and Biomass Processing Complexes based on PGMCC Technology and Algae Biomass Production Plants
Using an integrated approach to solving the problems of eco-friendly processing of solid domestic and industrial waste and advantages of high-temperature plasma technology, a new technology for processing solid domestic and industrial waste and biomass was developed – the PGMCC (Plasma, Gasification, Melting, Closed Cycle). Implementation the technology allows us to create a new generation Waste and Biomass Processing Complexes (the PGMCC Complexes), which are capable to generate significant volumes of electric power and heat by producing methane during the processing of waste as well as allows us to obtain products such as oxygen, water and potash fertilizers, while ensuring complete utilization of CO2. In the absence of the need to generate electric power and heat, the part of the produced methane is used electric power for own, and the other part of the produced methane is used as a marketable product and supplied to external consumers.
Proposed technological solutions for waste processing are protected by a number of patents in the EU and a number of other countries and meet all the requirements of environmental and technical safety of production related to waste processing and electricity and heat generation.
The Program of the European Community in the domain of environmental policy and actions for sustainable development formulates an objective to prevent an excess of allowed norms of critical loadings and levels of pollutants, such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), heavy metals, furans and dioxins. From the point of view of the air quality, the purpose of this Program is to ensure adequate protection of all people against recognized health risks originating from air pollution. The PGMCC Complexes comply completely with this program, providing practically zero emission of СО2 and minimizing harmful environmental impacts during waste and biomass processing and electric power and heat generation. Furans and dioxins are not generated by the PGMCC Complexes.
Another successful solution offered by Int-Energia Kft is the Algae Biomass Production Plants. A feature of these Plants is that it is an industrial production of microalgae biomass of the Spirulina strain with the ability to scale the plant's capacity.
Int-Energia Kft actively operates both in Hungary and in foreign countries. All work is carried out jointly with Metaplasma S.L. (Spain).
1. We offer on turnkey basis delivery of PGMCC Complexes for processing household and industrial waste and biomass with a capacity from 0.4 t / h to 6 t / h.
2. We offer on turnkey basis delivery of Algae Biomass Production Plants for industrial production of microalgae biomass of the Spirulina strain with a capacity from 120 kg/month to 1000 kg/month (humidity 80%).
